Runnymede Group's Triuni Residences Renovation | Batu Uban, Penang

Triuni Residences is a residential condominium located within The Sanctuary at Batu Uban, Penang, developed by B.U. Developments Sdn. Bhd., a member of Runnymede Group of Companies. The development offers spacious residential layouts within an established neighbourhood, with convenient access to Queensbay, USM, the Penang Bridge, and surrounding amenities.

For this Triuni Residences Type D renovation project, Easyreno is working with an approximately 2,000 sq ft bare unit, allowing the design to be developed as one complete home — from the foyer and living spaces to the dry kitchen, wet kitchen, laundry area, master bedroom, and secondary bedrooms.

The interior concept combines Mid-Century warmth with subtle Art Deco refinement. Rich timber tones, clean proportions, earthy colours, and functional built-in carpentry form the foundation, while stone textures, curved details, warm metallic accents, and layered lighting add greater depth and character.

Rather than making every area equally decorative, each space is designed according to how it will be used. The living and dining areas are more expressive, the dry kitchen becomes part of the visual experience of the home, while the wet kitchen takes on a calmer and more practical character.

The bedrooms continue the same design language with deeper timber tones, softer lighting, textured finishes, and more subtle Art Deco detailing, creating a warmer and more intimate atmosphere while maintaining consistency throughout the home.

This project reflects Easyreno’s approach to whole-house renovation — combining practical space planning, customised carpentry, material coordination, lighting, detailing, and site execution to create a home that is both functional and visually refined.

The complete design vision shown in these visuals represents an estimated overall home investment of approximately RM300,000, including renovation works, loose furniture, decorative elements, and styling.

这次 Easyreno 参与的是 Triuni Residences Type D 单位的全屋装修规划。单位面积约 2,000 平方尺，属于毛坯单位，因此我们可以从玄关、客厅、饭厅、Dry Kitchen、Wet Kitchen、洗衣区，一直到主人房及其他卧室，把整个家的设计语言完整地串联起来。

整体设计以 Mid-Century 的温度作为基础，再加入较克制的 Art Deco 元素作细节上的提升。深木色、干净的比例、大地色系与功能性木作构成主要设计基调，而石材质感、弧形线条、暖金属细节以及层次灯光，则让空间多了一份精致感与设计深度。

我们没有让每一个空间都用同样的方式表达。客厅与饭厅会比较有视觉重点，Dry Kitchen 则成为公共空间的一部分，因此在材质与细节上会更有表现力；Wet Kitchen 则刻意处理得更安静、更实用，让两个厨房彼此呼应，却不会重复。

卧室部分继续延续同样的设计语言，但整体氛围会更沉稳、更私密。较深的木色、柔和的灯光、丰富的材质层次，以及更克制的 Art Deco 细节，让空间在保持一致性的同时，也拥有更舒适、更成熟的居住感。

这个项目也体现了 Easyreno 对全屋装修的处理方式——从空间规划、木作设计、材质搭配、灯光、细节处理，到现场协调与实际施工，让设计不只是停留在 3D，而是可以一步一步被真正落实出来。

这组设计图所呈现的完整设计构想，包括装修工程、活动家具、装饰摆设及整体 styling，预计整体投入约为 RM300,000。
