Pricing, Scope & Variations
Yes. Our packages are designed to reduce “agak-agak” by locking scope + specs + deliverables early.
We keep it transparent. Anything outside agreed scope will be quoted as a variation and only proceed after your approval.
Yes. We’ll recommend the closest package fit and adjust via controlled options (finishes, accessories, feature items) without breaking the system.
Timeline & Delivery
It depends on scope and how fast selections are confirmed. Once confirmed, we run a milestone-driven plan to keep timeline predictable.
Delayed confirmation on: layout, carpentry design, materials/colours, lighting/fan points, aircon routing.
We can begin planning and pre-selection before keys, but site work starts after access/approval from management.

Our default direction prioritises durability + healthier indoor air. Final specs (board type, adhesive system, finishing) are clearly stated in your quotation.
Yes. We guide you through package-compatible selections (laminates/colours/handles/countertop options) to keep quality, price, and timeline stable.
Yes—within the package system. Fully custom requests are possible but will be treated as variation scope to protect timeline and budget certainty.
Condo Management & Site Rules
We guide and support the process (permits, working hours, lift protection, rules), subject to your condo’s requirements and approval timeline.
Not recommended for whole-home renovation due to dust/noise/safety. If needed, we’ll advise whether work can be staged safely.
Payment & Warranty
Typically: confirmation deposit + milestone progress payments aligned to fabrication and site stages.
Available for selected packages/conditions. We’ll share the options during proposal stage.
We provide workmanship warranty and carpentry carcass/structure warranty based on package spec. Terms are written clearly in your quotation/contract.
We do a handover walkthrough, list any touch-ups (if needed), and provide care guidance. Warranty support continues within coverage.
