Intermediate Interior Designer / 中级室内设计师（G2）

Responsibilities:

• Take More Ownership. Manage Real Projects. Build Toward Senior Level.
• At Easyreno, an Intermediate Interior Designer is expected to do more than complete assigned design tasks. You should be able to independently handle most day-to-day design, client follow-up, documentation and site coordination for normal residential renovation projects, while knowing when to escalate more complex technical, commercial or client issues to the Senior Designer or Manager.
• This role is suitable for Interior Designers who have built a solid foundation and are ready to take greater ownership of real projects.
• Responsibilities
• Independently develop space planning, design concepts and practical interior solutions for assigned residential projects.
• Prepare and revise 3D visuals / renderings with less supervision.
• Prepare complete and accurate 2D drawings, including layouts, elevations, ceiling plans, electrical / lighting plans and carpentry details.
• Prepare and check quotations, Variation Orders and relevant project documentation with good attention to accuracy.
• Coordinate materials, finishes and specifications with suppliers, vendors and the carpentry / factory team.
• Conduct site measurements, site visits and normal project coordination independently.
• Monitor project progress and maintain clear visibility of pending items, next actions and deadlines.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to clients and the internal team.
• Identify design, technical, sequencing or site issues early and escalate them before they become larger problems.
• Coordinate routine vendor and site matters without requiring constant follow-up from the Senior Designer or Manager.
• Support projects throughout the full journey: Client → Design → Drawing → Vendor → Factory → Site → Handover
• Maintain organised drawings, records, project documentation and follow-up actions.
• Support interns and junior team members where appropriate by sharing information and practical guidance.

• 工作内容
• 较独立地为住宅项目进行空间规划、设计概念及实际可执行的室内设计方案
• 在较少监督下完成及修改 3D 效果图 / Rendering
• 准备完整及准确的 2D 图纸，包括平面图、立面图、天花图、电气 / 灯光图及木作细节图
• 准备并检查报价、Variation Order 及相关项目文件，并保持良好的准确度
• 与供应商、施工团队及木工 / 工厂协调材料、饰面及相关规格
• 独立进行一般现场测量、现场巡查及项目协调
• 跟进项目进度，并清楚掌握 pending items、next actions 及 deadlines
• 及时、准确地向客户及内部团队提供项目更新
• 尽早发现设计、技术、施工顺序或现场问题，并在问题扩大之前及时升级处理
• 能够处理一般供应商及现场协调事项，而不需要 Senior Designer 或 Manager 持续追问
• 参与完整项目流程：
• 客户 → 设计 → 绘图 → 供应商 → 工厂 → 现场 → 交付
• 有系统地维护图纸、项目记录、文件及后续跟进行动
• 在适当情况下，协助 Intern 或较 junior 的团队成员，并分享实际工作经验
