Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Role summary: Produce practical, buildable designs for condo renovation packages and support client presentations from concept to detail drawings.
- 1. Develop layout planning, concept direction, and detailed design for assigned units.
- 2. Prepare 2D drawings (layout, elevations, ceiling, electrical/lighting plan, carpentry details).
- 3. Create 3D visuals/renders to communicate design intent clearly.
- 4. Coordinate material/finishes with suppliers and align with package specs.
- 5. Support site coordination and design clarifications during construction.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- Proficient in AutoCAD + SketchUp; rendering and presentation skills preferred
